About Phineas
I began as a skinny 16 year old kid, absolutely clueless about fitness and bodybuilding, desperate to pack some muscle on. I researched long into the night on multiple occasions learning anything from how to use certain gym equipment to the best diet to follow, I knew nothing from the start. Now, over 2 years on, I am a seasoned veteran in the gym, having taken my bodyweight from 65kg up to 82kg and now back down to 78kg as I look to maintain what is for me my dream physique. So, although it's true I have no legitimate qualification, I believe I have something more valuable that I gained on my fitness journey, and that is real experience.

1 hour lessons at a time, purposefully made for beginner level people looking to make a start on their own physical/fitness journey like I did over 2 years ago. I believe in a relaxed way to teach, focusing on learning core modules such as diet, cardiovascular exercise, weightlifting, safety, etc. From there you can go off and apply the things I've taught you and update in another lesson a few days further down the line.
