About Onur
I graduated from English-speaking high school and Istanbul Arel University Tourism Management Department. I previously taught group and private lessons for about 10 years in the fields of yoga meditation, guitar, Zumba fitness and English. My goal is to share all my experiences with those who need it with interest and love. I make sure that my clients are free from the problems and addictions caused by daily stress.

Our lessons will preferably take place online, and you will feel the effect of the practices we will apply as of the first session. We will take a journey of discovering ourselves by learning theoretically how and why all mental and physical health problems that can be caused by daily stress are rooted in theory. Applications are scientific and concrete and will make you healthier and contribute to your spiritual development.
