About Nandhana

I'm a student of the Cornell University, batch of 26'. Music has been my passion since a young age. Im an Artist who is making her debut sooner this year. I have always wanted to study music and its supporting instruments. Unfortunately,i was not able to find an opportunity to get professional lessons. Neither was my music teacher at school ready to teach me, since he always said that i'm incapable of learning such a great art.

When i turned 16, I brought myself a guitar and went to a nearby music lab to access piano and started taking lessons from youtube. Within a year, i built a good bond with the instruments and saw myself excelling in them. When i turned 18, i moved to another city and joined a music class. Currently, i am taking my music lessons from one of the best teachers in the city alongside teaching students online. I have also been working on my debut album since i was 17.

My intentions in giving any music lessons is completely to support many other talented artists out there like me, who is getting belittled by the society. I want to train and develop you guys into becoming the best version of yourself. I'm going to help you travel the path and let you know that anything you believe in is possible. Stay safe :)

About the lesson

Taking into consideration that this is an artistic lesson, i plan on keeping my class more interactive.

1. We will start with the very basics of the piano.
2. Once you excel in the basics, we will work on different techniques used by a professional pianist.
3. Eventually, this will lead us to composing and writing your own music, all by yourself.

Bonus: Along with learning piano, we will also learn "Music Theory" alongside. This is not really something that many piano teachers out there include in the syllabus, but i choose to include it since my experience has taught me its benefits not only in music production, but also to excel in any instrument of your choice.

There will be study materials, whose references will be shared. We will maintain a seperate note to take down my personal tips and also to evaluate your growth. Looking forward to meet you in the class!
