About Dollie
"Teaching singing brings real joy because I get to see students find their true sound. Over 13 years, I have worked with many singers to refine diction, articulation, tone, and resonance. We spend time building a foundation through sight singing and specific warm-up exercises that make a difference.
My work covers everything from microphone technique and rhythm to complex phrasing and vibrato control. I focus on head and chest voice mechanics while navigating belting technique to keep you vocalizing safely.
My goal is to see you perform with total confidence on your favorite stage. Developing your specific goals remains the priority during our time together.
I adapt my methods to what motivates you personally. Tracking your progress ensures we keep our practice purposeful and clear. Let us work toward achieving your next musical milestone together."

These 9 lessons incorporate my Bachelor of Music training from the National University of Singapore into every interaction. I maintain a 7.0 standard for all technical feedback provided.
My approach emphasizes practical application of resonance and breathing control. Diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student sets the baseline for our growth.
We evaluate your current range and technical habits during that first meeting. Getting clear on your strengths helps us build a roadmap for success. You bring the songs, and I provide the structural support needed to sing them well. Expect high energy and honesty regarding your progress."
