About Pamela

Resident singing teacher at Campus at University of Leicester in the UK from 2010 to 2019, with students from all over the world. I can help with musical auditions and give support for pop recording sessions. I love to create the artistic project depending on your skills and talent. In the past, I worked in musical theatre, including as a member of the original Italian cast of productions like 'A Chorus Line' and 'Cabaret', among others. I'm also the founder of a publishing and sync company in London, and I've recently been appointed as A&R at a distribution/sync/supervision agency. As a creative, music scout, and pop music specialist, I have the privilege of working with a catalogue of over 100 artists, with a focus on pop and electronic music. I’m also a Silver Telly Award winner in the "Use of Music" category. My personal motto is, “There is no talent without will power.”

  • When did you first develop a passion for music and your favourite instrument?

My love for music is huge and it's been with me over the years. First, through my career in dance and theater, and later on as a vocal coach, talent scout, producer and publisher.
  • 2) Is there a particular type of music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?

For work, I'm used to tuning into a bunch of different musical vibes. But, gotta say, I lean towards pop, electronic stuff, basically anything fresh and boundary-pushing - whether it's killer vocals or a vibe that hits you right from the get-go. My mission? Big on supporting up-and-coming talents and composers.
  • 3) Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.

Music and singing ain't just about technique. A good teacher should be able to foresee the hurdles in a career, offer tips on handling auditions, how to market oneself as a singer or musician, and what to expect for a role in the music field. It's about being realistic yet sparking dreams. It takes a lot of determination from both ends.
  • 4) What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?

    Voice is like an instrument!
  • 5) What are your keys to success?

Success has a bunch of ingredients. Luck, skill, perseverance, dedication, determination, and most importantly, listening to the advice of pros who've been there and done that. They've got the experience to help us avoid screw-ups. For artists, success could mean rocking a gig at their dream venue, doing a duet with a big shot, hitting the charts, scoring a record deal, or just doing their own thing, singing for the love of it, without getting bogged down in the music biz's rules. It's about being free to experiment with your art.
  • 6) Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.

I love Jamie Cullum's unique voice, so bubbly and old school, but I've met him before! I'd really like to have tea with Sam Griffiths, the singer of The Howl & The Hum, one of my favorite bands. His voice is so clear and warm. I saw them live once in London, so meeting him might be a possibility. And …Sam Smith or Dua Lipa in a 'behind the scenes'.
  • 7) Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.

I always get ready way ahead of my singing lessons. I love giving my all to my students and creating a positive vibe, whether it's setting up the perfect lighting, burning some incense, or picking out just the right song for the day.
  • 8) What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?

Positive feedback received and hitting actual goals of the students are crucial. Superprof is really helping me connect with them and get visibility. I see it as the filter for picking out students who are really into pursuing a career on music.
