About Theo
I am a singing tutor with over 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Studies. My passion lies in exploring cultural music traditions like Flamenco, Hindustani Classical, Celtic Folk, and African Spirituals. I specialise in vocal ornamentation, microtonal expression, and traditional scales that bring these styles to life. I use oral transmission techniques to help students connect deeply with the heritage and language of each tradition. This approach nurtures not only vocal skill but also a greater appreciation for global music cultures.
