About Chimaroke
I’m a passionate and patient Computer Science tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students understand how technology works. I love breaking down complex ideas into simple, practical explanations that make learning enjoyable rather than overwhelming. My background in programming and software development allows me to teach real-world skills that go beyond the textbook, and I take pride in seeing students grow more confident with every lesson. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy building small tech projects, learning new programming tools, and staying active in the gym. I’m naturally friendly, calm, and easy to talk to, which makes students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I focus on making Computer Science simple, practical, and confidence-building for every student. My teaching method is hands-on: I break down complex concepts into clear, understandable parts and then guide students through real coding exercises so they immediately apply what they learn. I also adapt my teaching style to each learner—whether they benefit more from visual explanations, step-by-step walkthroughs, or problem-solving challenges. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, with a structured flow: Quick recap of previous topics Clear explanation of the new concept with examples Live coding or guided problem-solving Practice tasks tailored to the student’s level A short summary and take-home exercises I have strong experience teaching beginners and intermediate learners, especially in Python, Java, algorithms, data structures, and general programming fundamentals. I’ve helped students prepare for exams, complete coursework, understand class topics, or build confidence in coding from scratch. My lessons are suitable for: Secondary school students (KS3, GCSE) A-Level students University beginners Adult learners starting coding for the first time Anyone needing structured tech training, project help, or interview preparation
