My goal as a teacher is to create an environment in which the student will be enthused about learning the subject matter and integrate new knowledge and forge meaning into their thinking. By employing techniques including speaking as individuals or in pairs, role plays and discussions. Their will be use of group projects and lecture hours for solving the issues. The limitations will lie on the organization curriculum.
My approach is based on inter-connect or interknit connection of personal experience with learning and learners with research into field of education.
