About Christopher
My name is Christopher Glory, I'm a Nigerian and also a health and fitness coach. I'm currently an undergraduate o the university of Port Harcourt, where I study human Kinetics and Health Education.
I want to teach people who want to become physically fit and healthy, ways on how to go about them.
My method of teaching will be a simple but an effective way, which would produce the desired result.
