Firstly i will have a brief conversation with you about your medical history & goals. After knowing your goals, I will give plans that suits you. I will send you everyday's workout chart & will guide you through live classes. This classess is mainly for all age groups; children who wants to pursue any sports, adults whether they want to reduce weight/weight gain, seniors who has health issues and wants to be fit.
