About Tesse

I enjoy helping college students build strong piano skills while discovering the joy of music. With over 12 years of teaching experience, I focus on creating lessons that are interactive, practical, and designed for steady progress.

My teaching philosophy is based on patience, communication, and personalized learning. I explain concepts in simple English and encourage students to practice confidently through regular guidance.

I use innovative teaching methods such as digital learning platforms, rhythm training, ear development, keyboard exercises, and performance-based activities. These methods help students stay motivated while improving technical ability.

Students learn note reading, scales, chords, finger coordination, posture, rhythm, and musical expression. I provide continuous support, practical feedback, and customized practice plans that encourage long-term success.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based on communication, creativity, flexibility, and structured practice. I believe learning piano should be simple, enjoyable, and inspiring. I focus on building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced skills.

Students begin with posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. After that, they learn scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, articulation, pedal use, sight reading, and musical expression.

I use demonstrations, listening activities, and step-by-step explanations. Students receive feedback and practice tasks to improve consistently.

Students explore different genres and develop creativity through improvisation and accompaniment.

Besides piano, I teach keyboard, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, and performance preparation.

My goal is to help students become confident musicians.
