Hello! I’m Sneha, a proud 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. Currently, I am pursuing my studies in commerce with a focus on artificial intelligence. Alongside karate, I have a passion for contortion and football, which keep my spirit vibrant and engaged. My vision is to cultivate a thriving community that empowers individuals to embrace their strength and resilience. Together, we’ll not only equip you with the skills to defend yourself but also enhance your mental fortitude, which can transform every aspect of your life. About the lesson

In my training sessions, we’ll kick things off with essential endurance-building exercises to warm up your body, followed by foundational jab-cross combinations to sharpen your skills. As we progress, we'll delve into advanced self-defense techniques and fighting strategies that are valuable both in real-life scenarios and competitive tournaments. Will also learn foundational karate basics like kata and kumite. Anyone above 7 years can learn. Help me create a karate community which can help you and those near you in need.
