About Camilia
I am a French exchange student for the year at UT in Austin. I am a Junior in social sciences and I would like to do a master's degree in law back in France.
I have been teaching middle school students my two first years of University, and before that I volunteered in elementary school. I get along very well with children, I love teaching in a fun way, creating a trusting relationship with the student.
I have quite flexible hours, I am available during the week as well as most week-ends.
On a more personal level, I come from Paris in France, I love reading, playing tennis, going to the museum, cooking... I am very happy living in Austin and really want to make the most out of it and meeting Austin families would be a great way for me to do that!

I am a quite flexible tutor, I prepare my lessons depending on my students' needs. However, I always try in each lesson to work on the 4 main skills that are speaking, writing, reading and listening. Depending on the age and desires of the student, I favor a more or less playful approach. We can also work on literary works, films, songs, or any French cultural work if the student happens to have interest in this field. Finally, I can help doing homework, writing essays, preparing presentations...
