About Alys
I am a recent graduate with a BA in Social Studies and am now looking for the right opportunity to begin my career working in a role where I am involved in community, youth or social work.
Throughout my academic life I have gained skills and experience through employment and volunteering. Working in customer facing roles means I have developed effective communication skills and know when to adjust these to meet the needs of specific situations. While volunteering these skills were further enhanced by having to use negotiation and persuasiveness when working young people encouraging them to get involved in group and individual tasks to build their confidence and social skills

Hi, I aim to make my students feel as comfortable as possible. if there is a certain area that you need to look over we will keep going over till you feel comfortable then move on. I can teach at univeristy level or below.
Lessons will be tailored to each individual student, depending on their needs, wants and requirements (eg IB level, A levels, GCSE or other requirements).
For exam prep, past papers are encouraged, going through any areas that require extra time and that you're unsure of.
I am happy to work with non native as well as native English speakers as I am TEFL qualified.
