About Samuel
In my school days, I was extremely lucky to have a Sociology teacher who was truly passionate about what he taught. Within me, he lit a spark of inspiration which snowballed into a lifelong love of Sociology and Humanities subjects as a whole, leading me to pursue Sociology as a life project. As a result, I believe it is of the utmost essence to carry over this same fiery passion into my tutoring. Studying Sociology over the past ten years has broadened my horizons and added depth, colour and insight to my perception of life and being in a way I could not have foreseen. This is an ongoing process, and I thank my amazing teachers for bringing this colour to my life. My sincere hope and belief is that I can do the same for you.

Whether you are just starting out with Sociology and coming to grips with theory at GCSE, or are a seasoned social scientist at A-Level looking to refine your knowledge to squeeze the most out of your exam answers, my tailor-made lessons are unique to each student based on individual needs. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching, and I am passionate about showing students the power of a Sociologically-inclined mind in an ever-changing world, as I was lucky to have with inspirational teachers during my school days. Lessons are typically 1 hour long (although this can change according to needs), via a video or voice call, or in person at my home, tailored towards GCSE and A-Level students adhering to the UK National Curriculum.
