About Kermit
Hi, I'm Kermit! I'm a Software Engineer in Game Development, and I've been tutoring more than 82 students in Computer Science, Math, and
Game Development for over 5 years.
I've earned a B.S. in Computer Science, and as a Game Developer, programming is my daily work! Throughout college and my career I've been exposed to many different languages and technologies like Unity, C#, C++, and Python, in addition to mastery of the core fundamentals such as Algorithms and Data Structures.

I love getting to know my students and encourage them to think about the problems in relatable terms they can understand. Through this process, I excel in breaking complicated topics down into smaller understandable chunks. In game development for example, that's breaking down the ideas of a game concept into smaller units that can then be programmed and tested.
The most important thing to me is making a positive impact and building a caring mentoring relationship, working with the students through problems in direct ways so they feel empowered to learn and solve.
