About Samapriya

Hello! I'm excited to help you on your journey to mastering computer science. With a master's degree in Computer Science and years of experience as a software engineer, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our lessons. My approach is to make learning enjoyable and accessible. I tailor my teaching to your learning style and pace, ensuring you grasp concepts thoroughly. My industry background means I can provide real-world insights, giving you a competitive edge. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your knowledge, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's embark on this learning adventure together!

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on making learning fun and engaging by tailoring my approach to each student's needs. I believe in hands-on learning, so my lessons often include coding exercises and projects to help reinforce concepts.

A typical lesson with me starts with a review of previous material, followed by introducing new concepts with examples. We then work on coding exercises together, with me providing guidance and feedback. Finally, we wrap up with a summary and address any questions or challenges.

What sets me apart is my industry experience as a software engineer combined with my academic background. This allows me to provide practical insights and real-world examples, making complex concepts easier to understand.

My lessons are for anyone interested in learning Python, Java, C, or other languages, regardless of their experience level. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, I can help you reach your goals.

Excellent! Thank you Ms. Samapriya for being a great Python tutor. I am learning Python programming in preparation for my computer science class at George Mason. I appreciate your attention to detail and guiding me to the solution. I appreciate your patience as I sometimes need extra instruction to understand the concepts fully. I also find the additional online resources you recommend very helpful as I practice coding problems between our tutoring sessions. I look forward to future tutoring sessions as I advance my college engineering program.
