About Abhirami

I have graduated with a software engineering degree specialized in big data from York University. I have been coding for the past 8 years. I am comfortable in beginner level C++, intermediate to advanced level Java, intermediate level Python and advanced SQL. I am a warm and friendly tutor. My goal would be to customize my lesson according to my student, and not to put undue pressure on them. Feedback is welcome!

About the lesson

1. Teaching method: First start with understanding my student. Learn their strengths and weaknesses. Customize lesson plans accordingly.
2. Every lesson would include 20% theory and 80% practical experience unless student asks for something different. Small to medium projects can be given guidance for.
3. I use a people first approach. You will never find me talking down to a student. No question is stupid. I want the learning experience to be positive and beneficial.
4. I prefer to teach middle schoolers, high schoolers, or 1st year university students.
