About Carson

I grew up in California and since have lived in Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. I am a professional athlete, and have a bachelors degree in Society, Ethics, and Law. I have worked in a couple different fields, but always found myself to be the spiritual, healer type. With traveling the world, I have learned so much about life. I certainly have hit rock bottom more than once, and at one point wanted to give up. I have since transformed my mind and was able to create a business platform from it.

About the lesson

I like to start my practice with getting to know my clients, in a way become your friend, learn you values, and create a structure.

Continued lessons would include mindfulness activities that fit your needs, and make it simple to stay accountable.

Depending on how often we meet would alter my approach, but I know that I have much to offer, I keep my work 100% confidential, and know my purpose is to help others succeed.
