About Sony
Hi, I’m Sony. I specialize in Bodyweight Hypertrophy and Calisthenics. I help women master their own body weight to build muscle, lose fat, and achieve a physique that is as strong as it looks.
I am a proud Lesbian coach and I am committed to providing an LGBTQ+ friendly space. My coaching is built on mutual respect, a "tomboy" grit, and a zero-ego environment.
I bring 6 years of strength experience to my coaching. After 5 years of traditional weightlifting, I transitioned to Calisthenics in March 2025. In just one year of bodyweight training, I have achieved superior results in my own mobility, functional strength, and muscle definition
What You Will Master:
Fundamentals: Push-ups, Pull-ups, Dips, Rows, and Squats.
Static Skills: L-Sits, Elbow Levers, Crow Pose variations, and German Hangs.
Hypertrophy: Science-based "training to failure" to ensure you actually build muscle at home.
Mobility: Functional flexibility that helps in your daily life and prevents injury.

I start with analyzing your goals, assess your fitness level, and design workout programs that fit your lifestyle. If you're a beginner, having a Pull Up Bar and a pair of Parallettes would be the greatest help in learning calisthenics skills.
