About Rachid
I am a French certified teacher with over 10 years of experience in France and international schools. I hold a PhD in History from Sorbonne University and have taught students from a wide range of academic and cultural backgrounds.
Teaching has always been at the heart of my professional life. What I particularly enjoy in private tutoring is being able to focus entirely on one student's needs and progress.
I am patient, approachable and demanding when necessary. My goal is to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes and progressing at their own pace, while maintaining high academic standards.

My French lessons are tailored to each student's level, goals and learning style. I work with beginners as well as intermediate and advanced learners, teenagers and adults.
Lessons focus on practical communication while developing strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading and writing. Depending on your objectives, we can work on conversational French, academic support, exam preparation or improving your confidence and fluency.
I use a structured but interactive approach, combining clear explanations, practical exercises, conversation and personalised feedback. Each lesson is designed around the student's progress and specific needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme.
As a French certified teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and a PhD from Sorbonne University, I bring both academic expertise and extensive classroom experience to my private lessons.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and can be adapted for students who prefer more intensive sessions.
