About Jayne
I studied at the British Academy of Sound Therapy then developed my practice with shamans linked to plant medicine in Central America, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Indonesia Bali, London & Paris. I travel around the world to share & develop my practice. I've a previous professional experience as a Dj for 20 years and offer Ecstatic dance workshops, a fully dedicated practice connected with an immersive Sound Journey linked with movements and connectivity. I am also holistic coach specialized in Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition | Health Education & Certification-NYC.

I'm Jayne, sound therapist, I’d like to share the profound benefits of meditation with sound healing instruments. I will teach you the basics to get into a daily meditation practice with the support of sound. Four years ago, I began meditating daily, and it completely shifted my perspective of life. I've found myself feeling more calm, serene, and joyful. It helped me navigate life's challenges with greater ease and connect more deeply with my emotions. Meditation has been instrumental in finding inner peace and clarity. It created space in my mind, leading to improved mental health and enhanced my creativity.
