About Talia
I've helped many of my peers (both native and non-native English speakers) to write college-level papers and newspaper articles. Last summer I also volunteered to help a small group of adult English-learners improve their English skills through group conversations.

In the past I've helped college-age students and retired learners, but my lessons are available to all age ranges. For students who are currently in school, I begin my lessons by helping them to better understand and complete homework assignments and papers. For out-of-school learners, I like to begin every lesson with a conversation in order to assess their needs and discover what they would like to be able to accomplish with their literacy or English skills. This allows me to create lessons, conversations, and mini projects which help them accomplish their goals.
