About Alejandro
I am currently working as a Physical Education teacher in Liverpool. I like to think of myself as being highly creative and extremely active. I have participated in sports since a young age and have continued my passion for health and fitness into adult life, as demonstrated by my coaching experience and sport qualifications. Music is also an important passion, I am a self-taught musician and freqently play the guitar, piano and drums . Travelling is also my passion, it has helped me to broaden my mind to other people and cultures. I have travelled to many places including Africa, central Europe and Asia.
I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Science as well as a master’s degree in Secondary Education. As previously mentioned, I have also completed many courses such as basketball coaching, swimming instructor, personal training etc. Asides from my formal qualifications and love for teaching, I have always been fascinated by the English language and culture because my English teacher shared many stories of her time in the US. Ever since , I have wanted to work and live abroad in order to further improve my language skills and experience life in another culture. Furthermore, I hope to encourage students to learn Spanish the way my teacher inspired me to learn English by sharing my culture. In addition, I hope to develop my teaching skills by working with experienced teachers .
