About Paulina

I am an experienced and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching. Having taught high school students on topics like global politics, international conflicts, and democracy, I know how to break down complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way. I have also trained students for university-level Model United Nations, helping them develop critical skills like research, public speaking, and negotiation—skills that are just as important when learning a new language like Spanish. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on creating an environment where students feel confident and supported. I’ve led career orientation workshops, providing guidance and helping students make informed decisions about their futures, emphasizing the importance of effective communication. In addition to my teaching experience, I graduated with the highest GPA in my class, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence. This dedication and drive are qualities I bring to every tutoring session, ensuring that each student gets the best possible learning experience. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your Spanish skills, I will work with you to achieve your goals, tailoring lessons to fit your needs and learning style. With me as your tutor, you can trust that you’ll receive professional, personalized instruction that helps you succeed in mastering Spanish.

About the lesson

Welcome to my Spanish lessons! As a native Spanish speaker with experience working with kids, I know how to be patient and adjust to different learning styles. Having learned two other languages myself, I understand what makes a class engaging and what makes it dull, and I promise you won’t be bored! In my lessons, we won’t just focus on grammar and vocabulary—you’ll learn Spanish through topics that actually interest you. Whether you love movies, music, food, or travel, we’ll dive into what excites you most. I make sure each lesson is interactive and fun, so you stay motivated and look forward to learning more. I’ll guide you with a personalized approach, keeping things dynamic and exciting, so you can see real progress while enjoying the process. With my patience and focus on your interests, Spanish will become an exciting adventure, not a chore! Let’s talk and learn Spanish in a way that suits you!

Before I started lessons with Paulina, I knew next to no english, but now with her help after only a few sessions I can carry out basic conversations on my own, and am able to write basic sentences with little to no errors!! I have tried many language apps and other tutors to learn Spanish on my own, but nothing compares to lessons with Paulina!!! Not only is she the BEST, but she’s also the sweetest, and affordable as well!! I would 100% recommend her for any Spanish lessons!
