About Ellie
I am currently studying Spanish, alongside Italian, at Cardiff University. I have a passion for learning languages and want to help others so they can share this passion! I am organised, hard-working and determined which I believe will be beneficial to any potential clients.
Over time, I have discovered various methods that help me when it comes to learning a language. In my opinion, the best way to learn a language is by surrounding yourself with it. Whether that be speaking it, completing reading comprehensions, listening to Spanish podcasts or even watching a Spanish series - immersing yourself in the language will not only make you love it even more but also improve your skills massively. Together, with any potential client, we will find the correct methods that will work best for you.
I don't have too much experience with 1to1 tutoring however I did volunteer at a school teaching GCSE students. My main role was to help improve their speaking skills as well as find different methods to learn vocabulary. I believe that I would work better with 1to1 tutoring as it will be more focused on the individual and what they need.
