About Cristina

Hello my name is Cristina. I am 28 years old and I teach Spanish on Superprof, also I am learning French and Italian too which has been very exciting and I highly recommend learning a new language as it keeps your brain active and it improves your memory and creative thinking. I am from Spain and I was born in Madrid but I grew up in Getafe (a city in the south of Madrid) . My accent is clear and easy to understand. I studied to become a Primary School Teacher and I finished my studies in 2018. Afterwards I moved to Manchester to learn English and I started working as an Au pair so I was living with a lovely family. I felt really comfortable in the Uk so I decided to stay apart from the 10 months I was living in France with a French family and that is why I learnt French. Some of my hobbies and interests include running and working out, watching films in English or French and socialising with people from different countries. I am fond of eating out and travelling with friends and discovering new places.

I am currently a Spanish teacher in Primary School so I plan my lessons carefully so I meet the needs of all my students. I have lots of experience teaching beginners and intermediate students but I am able to teach any level. I am very impressed by people who want to learn or improve a language so I am here to help you improve your Spanish. If you select me as your tutor we will discuss your goals and what parts of the language you are the most interested in. We can practise grammar, speaking, listening, writing or any topic related to Spanish. You will be able to choose what type of class you would like and after that we will decide which tools will work best for you. For example: a course book, worksheets or games. I think one of the most vital aspects of mastering a language is being determined and patient. Also, learning a new language is a new adventure and I would like to support you and help you with it! I feel very fulfilled when I see that my students have improved and they are enjoying the experience of learning.

About the lesson

Luckily I had learn two completely different languages and that was when I realised every person learn in a different way so as a Spanish Teacher I will adapt myself to your learning path and I will support you improve your Spanish skills such as speaking, listening, writing or reading in a fun way, using resources like books, pdf, games, etc. I am a very enthusiastic, friendly and patient person so we will find the best way for you to learn the language.

My first teaching experience was in 2015 when I started doing my placements in schools in Spanish but it wasn’t till 2018 when I started teaching volunteering lessons in Spanish as a second foreign language in Primary School. Since then I enjoy teaching Spanish a lot, that is why I would like to start teaching on Superprof. I am currently a Primary Spanish School Teacher and I am volunteering in a Secondary School so I already got experience in education. Helping and seeing my students learning Spanish step by step makes me very happy.
