About Laura

I am very social and approachable. I love the outdoors and traveling. Sushi and poutine are the best! :D ... one at a time... Having learned 3 languages fluently has given me the experience and understanding needed to effectively teach others my mother tongue - Spanish. I truly love teaching Spanish and I care greatly about my students' success. I look forward to meeting you and taking you on a great learning adventure!

About the lesson

Lessons are catered to the student's needs and learning objectives. All classes are conducted online via Zoom. Lessons are presented in PowerPoint, and further instructions are given to complete assignments and quizzes to reinforce their learning. Students who opt in for the 10-lesson block and up, will have access to a variety of resources, activities, and tools to help them practice what they learn and achieve their desired fluency level faster.

Laura has been a lifesaver when it comes to Spanish. I was a bit hesitant to give this another try.. but I’m so glad I did. She’s patient, and doesn’t make me feel terrible for not knowing something. She’s very resourceful and fun to work with!! I don’t usually write reviews but she has been absolutely amazing and such a big help!!
