About Tany
I am originally from Ecuador and I am doing my Bachelor's degree at the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia. I was teaching and tutoring english to students from primary school in Ecuador and some teenage students. Later, I decided to improve my english to the next level and I came to Australia to study Chemistry and Marine Science. One my main goals is being able to do research in the Galapagos Islands and contribute to the management of the Marine and Natural Protective Areas by educating people in poverty in Ecuador. While I am in Brisbane, I am also tutoring spanish to university students and I really like to travel around Asia while doing some volunteering and english teaching. I love teaching specially to children as they are more active and curious. A new language is a good way to spend their energy!
I am also really interested in different languages and cultures, so this is the perfect occasion to combine all of my hobbies and passions.

I am a language tutor who love to teach children and also have experience with adults and teenagers. I base my classes on the fourth skills (writing, reading, listening and speaking) to learn a language depending on your level and the skills that you need to improve the most. I am a really happy and friendly tutor who will make you repeat and remember all the new words, I like to memorise the words that you have learn and make conversations where you can use them. I am also someone who like drawings and create activities for children.
