About Luna
I hold a degree in Hispanic Philology (Spanish language and literature) by the University of Granada and a Masters degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language by the University of Alcalá de Henares. Moreover, I am qualified as a examiner of DELE by Instituto Cervantes (the most international institution for teaching and learning Spanish). As I have always considered continuous training as one of the most important keys for being an outstanding professional teacher. I keep training myself through different courses with the goal of developing my teaching skills and enriching my pedagogic strategies as a language teacher.
Regarding my professional experience, I have worked in the field of teaching Spanish for more than 4 years. I specialise in students whose mother language is English as I have mainly developed my career in the UK. Nevertheless, on account of my experience as an online teacher I hold experience with students with very different backgrounds and needs. I am currently working as a language assistant for the British Council as well as teaching online.

I love creating material and activities for my lessons. You will be able to check some of this in my blog: (concealed information) I believe creativity, patience and adaptability are the main virtues of a good a teacher, in addition to dedication, motivation and diligence. On the other hand, as a language teacher I think it is quite important to understand the difficulties of learning foreign languages. As a lover of languages I am learning French and English and therefore I am well acquainted with the difficulties that students of languages need to cope with.
