About Sergi

About me

I’m originally from Spain and I’m a native Spanish and Catalan speaker. I’ve been living in London for the past couple of years, which has given me the opportunity to meet people from many different backgrounds and experience what it’s like to communicate and build a life in another language and culture.

I’m a very sociable and curious person, and I enjoy meeting new people and having conversations about pretty much anything — from travelling and food to culture, work, films, music and everyday life.

I also have a professional background in social media and communication, so I’m particularly interested in languages, communication and how people connect with each other.

I believe learning a language should be enjoyable and practical, rather than something that feels like a chore. I’m patient, approachable and happy to adapt our conversations to your interests and personality.

About the lesson

About my classes

I’m a young professional from Spain who has been living in London for the past couple of years. Having experienced life in a new country myself, I understand how important it can be to feel comfortable communicating in another language — not just knowing the grammar, but actually being able to have a natural conversation.

I’m currently enjoying having more flexibility in my schedule, so I’ve decided to use this time to help other people learn and practise Spanish.

My classes are relaxed, practical and adapted to each student’s level and goals. Whether you’re starting from scratch, already have a good understanding of Spanish, or simply want to become more confident speaking, we’ll focus on what will be most useful for you.

I particularly enjoy conversational lessons, where we can talk about everyday life, travel, culture, work, current interests or anything else that makes the lesson engaging and relevant to you.

I don’t want my classes to feel like a traditional classroom. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can speak Spanish, make mistakes without worrying, ask questions and gradually become more confident.

As a native Spanish and Catalan speaker, I can also explain some of the differences between the two languages if you’re interested in Spain’s different languages and cultures.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you feel more comfortable speaking Spanish!
