About Linos
I was raised participating in Zimbabwean culture and music, so teach from an authentic and passionate depth of experience. I have been performing for decades and teaching in a wide variety of settings. I'm equally happy teaching a beginner to music as discussing ethnomusicology with a masters researcher. I also play guitar and arrange and produce - so some of the work I do is curating students of western music in the styles of Zimbabwe, adding to their musical experience.
I have undertaken degree and masters qualifications myself in popular music.

I can cater for personal tutoring and class workshops. We can focus on learning the Mbira instrument or orchestrating a band in Zimbabwean styles.
I am a lifelong practitioner and have been teaching for many years. I'm happy engaging with beginners to experienced musicians.
