In my elementary classroom, I take a thoughtful and structured approach to lesson planning. I begin by reviewing state standards and curriculum goals to ensure that each lesson aligns with required learning objectives. I assess the student's current level and learning style, then design individualized sessions that target their specific needs in reading or math.
