About Frank
Hi o/ I'm Frank Gao. My Chinese parents brought me to Australia when I was 4, At that time I just followed their wishes. So I did well in academics, got #1 in a state math competition, got a scholarship to the top school, AMusA in music. These weren't really things I liked, I just practiced them, and there wasn't much choice. I didn't study much, spent a lot of free time playing strategy games and geeking out. Later I learnt how to socialize, party and relate to women to a certain extent. Worked in sales and in a couple of successful startups over the years. MD & mushrooms opened my eyes to developing my inner world. Which is when I started exploring various modalities, shadow work, kriyas, meditation. Found teachers to develop my intuition and energy perception. Outside spiritual development, I'm currently into lots of random hobbies (drawing, plants, cooking, jiu jitsu, electronics, reciprocal theory physics, coding, acting, improv, pickleball) and I enjoy having blocks of time with no purpose other than following my inner compass. I hope to connect with others and share some experiences and lessons and see if can be of support or benefit in anyway.
