I am someone who sought answers in the deepest places. With three Master's degrees in English Literature, Sociology, and Yoga, I could have stayed in the world of academic theory. But I needed more than knowledge... I needed transformation. So I went to the source. I lived and trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh, where the Ganges flows and ancient wisdom still breathes. I studied Vedanta and the Bhagavad Gita at the Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy, immersing myself in practices that have guided seekers for thousands of years. What I discovered changed everything. The Bhagavad Gita wasn't just a sacred text, it was a mirror reflecting my own struggles, my questions, my search for meaning.
