I also help students with building their vocabulary, improvise their pronunciation, strengthen their grammar and assist in sentence construction. And not to forget that I do have a great deal of patience even with struggling learners! I am pretty quick to identify student learning difficulties and also have the knowledge base to implement strategies and solutions to help struggling learners and therefore able to diffuse situations quickly from years of experience and knowing which technique works best in each situation. I take classes I love to Go the extra mile to accommodate students even if it means more work for myself. It will stop students from falling behind and give them additional resources they can use in future. And therefore we both win!I have also earned the respect of my coworkers and students over my career which gives me clout with my students and their parents.
