Sport and Exercise Science graduate and qualified personal training with over 15 years' experience in the industry, working with people with a wide range of fitness and exercise needs.
Sessions range from individual, paired and group work, and make use of home and outdoor equipment.
Tailored training plans to follow outside of sessions are also available (these will not be generic plans but will be set based on your goals and your lifestyle).
