About Nikki
I love learning - it is my biggest passion. Along with that, comes a love for helping others to learn too. I live for those moments when I see something in a student's brain click, when a lightbulb goes off in their head and when their eyes light up with understanding. Making sure you understand a concept is the best way to learn and remember it, so that you're not parroting off an answer in an exam, but confidently explaining what you know.
As an aspiring academic and lecturer, I would like to spend some time tutoring at GCSE level, to understand how students learn best and to develop my teaching style further.

- I offer revision sessions and make use of Socratic questioning and open-ended questioning to encourage critical thinking. Homework may be provided if wanted.
- Lessons 1hr - 2hrs long for students preparing for GCSE Biology.
- Qualifications: I am reading for a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, with A levels in Biology, Psychology and Physics.
- Experience: at university, I deliver biomechanics tutoring and revision sessions for first-year students.
