About Ivan
I have been playing football for almost 20 years at good levels, I still play with friends as soon I can, after this beautiful journey I had a little break from sport but I was soon missing it then I started focusing on fitness, gym, nutrition and keep considering sport as a priority till making my lifestyle based on it and I feel bless when I can share my knowledge with people who just need a little help and motivation
