About Alexandre
I’m a university student in sport science and currently studying
with the goal of becoming a physiotherapist. I spend a lot of time
learning how the body moves, trains, and recovers from injury. I
also train regularly in the gym and enjoy helping beginners feel more confident with exercise. I like keeping things simple and practical so people don’t feel overwhelmed. My goal is to help others build strength, move better, and stay healthy while enjoying the process.
