About Erica
I'm a passionate, friendly and creative fitness-oriented individual. I want to make exercise enjoyable and accessible for all and to show everyone how it doesn't have to be a chore; it can be something that brings enjoyment and leaves you feeling good about yourself.
I'm an ex-swimmer, now avid wannabe athlete who loves all sports and fitness. There's nothing I won't try: bouldering, hyrox, running, calisthenics, pilates, yoga.

All ages and abilities are welcome. I am a level 2 and 3 instructor so can give 1-1 sessions. I personally do weight training, have good knowledge of calisthenics, different types of endurance-based exercise and cardio. I have experience programming and am looking to make individualised programmes to cater to your needs and abilities.
