About Morgan
Do you want to train smarter and avoid injuries? If so, you might benefit from working with an s&c coach who can design individualised programmes for your goals, needs and abilities both for now and the future
An s&c coach can help you improve your strength, speed, power, endurance and mobility, as well as teach you proper technique and recovery strategies. You will also get remote support and feedback from your coach, who will monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed with prompt response.
I am a BASES qualified sport scientist with a masters in sports medicine with a special interest in lower and upper limb rehabilitation. I have also orked in both team sport and with individuals and currently worked with athletes involved in rugby, powerlifting and martial arts
