About Arens
at the age of 6, I started karate and I discovered a real passion for combat sports so I continued in my throw, around the age of 10 I did 1 year of boxing Thai then 2 years of American boxing, and finally 3 years of krav maga.

First of all I look with my student to see his level in boxing and cardio, then we will start with warm-ups so run +/- 10-15 min while doing push-ups, abs, leg raises . then depending on his boxing level we will start to do boxing sequences and I will help him to correct his posture if necessary and give him advice to continue improving his technique at home.
