About Arooba

Hi! I'm Arooba, a passionate Computer Science tutor with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science and several years of teaching experience.

I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, encouraging logical thinking, and helping students become confident independent learners.

I teach Java, Python, and Computer Science to ICSE and IGCSE students, adapting my lessons to each student's level, school syllabus, and learning goals.

I believe every student can learn programming with the right guidance and practice. I create a friendly, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them.

My goal is to make Computer Science less intimidating and more enjoyable while helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their examinations.

My classes are designed to make Computer Science simple, interesting, and easy to understand for ICSE and IGCSE students.

With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science and several years of teaching experience, I focus on building strong fundamentals and helping students develop confidence in programming.

What I teach:

- Java for ICSE students: Programming fundamentals, variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, arrays, strings, methods, and problem-solving, according to the student's class and syllabus.
- Python for IGCSE students: Programming basics, variables, input/output, selection, iteration, algorithms, pseudocode, and practical coding exercises aligned with the student's school syllabus.
- Computer Science concepts: Clear explanations of important theoretical topics and exam-oriented practice.
- Exam preparation: Past-paper practice, structured answers, coding questions, and revision of difficult concepts.

My teaching approach:

I explain every concept step by step, starting with the basics and gradually moving to more challenging questions. Students practice writing programs, identifying errors, understanding logic, and solving questions independently.

I adapt each lesson to the student's learning pace, current school topics, and examination goals. My aim is not just to help students memorize code, but to help them understand how programming works and become confident problem-solvers.

Classes are conducted online, with interactive explanations, coding practice, doubt-solving, and regular revision.
