About SSB
I have over two decades of experience in training students preparing for various careers and competitive examinations. I have worked with four MNCs, including two Tata companies, viz. – TIS and TCS. As a Learning Experience Designer, I have helped universities, colleges, and educational institutes design curricula and courses and thereby enrich learners’ learning experience and increase their KPIs and takeaways. Training and teaching remain my persistent passion.
In 1998-99, I cleared the CDS and the associated SSB interviews in my very first attempt. After I cleared the physical and medical rounds successfully, I was recommended for training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. However, I hungered for success in the civil services exam, which led me away from IMA.
Having experienced the SSB interviews first-hand, and having studied military and behavioural psychology, I have designed novel and innovative methods to train candidates for the SSB interviews. After working with several competitive CDS/NDA/SSB academies, I have realised that mentors can successfully train candidates by understanding what each candidate lacks and by devising a personalised training programme for each candidate. Personalised attention is the differentiator in success in the SSB interviews.
I impart offline and online training to students preparing for the Indian Armed Forces (NDA/CDS/SSB) and allied competitive examinations, such as UPSC/MPSC Civil Services, Railway, CGL, Banking, etc.

Every candidate is different. Their learning needs and styles are different. Therefore, only a unique and personalised mentorship programme can help you succeed in the SSB interviews.
After clearing the CDS, the associated SSB interviews and the physical and medical rounds successfully, I was recommended for training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun in 1999. In the years thereafter, I have trained hundreds of students preparing for careers in the Indian Armed Forces. Having worked with some premium SSB training academies, I have realised that most deserving candidates fail to succeed in SSB interviews due to: 1. Lack of individual attention by mentors; 2. Incorrect approach to train students; 3. Incomplete knowledge about the nuances of the SSB interview process.
Having experienced the SSB interviews first-hand, and having studied military and behavioural psychology, I have designed novel and innovative methods to train candidates for the SSB interviews. The diagnostic tests and the exploratory sessions that I have designed help me understand what each candidate lacks. Based on the results, I devise a personalised training programme. I work with each candidate personally until they succeed. My motto is: “Your success is my success”. Come, let's script your success story!
