About Thomas

I help people who can’t focus or stay consistent start executing.

I’m a CEO and former management consultant with ADHD who has 10+ years building productivity and operational systems in high-pressure environments. My career-specific work has been featured in Forbes, the Financial Times, and The Times.

Most people don’t have a motivation problem—they simply haven't spent the time developing systems that naturally work for them and help them execute.

If you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly putting things off, I’ll help you cut through the noise, identify what actually matters, and build a simple system that feels like second nature and helps to start executing relentlessly!

About the lesson

Together we will:

1. Choose a concrete outcome (begin a project, start a hustle);
2. find out what's stopping you and start managing it (focus, managing energy);
3. build personal systems to get you executing consistently towards that outcome

The goal is simple: you stop thinking about what you need to do and start doing it in a way that feels fulfilling, enjoyable and compatible with how you naturally work.

Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes.

The sessions have a plan which we can intentionally choose to deviate from but Tom is very good at keeping the focus on the intended topic.
