About Yogic_Mable

completed her 200hrs Yoga Teaching Training Course and stayed consistent committing her daily practice, To most people, yoga is only for flexible people. Thus, her motivation is to change their mindset step by step with them realizing that yoga is actually for everyone and there is no restrictions. She have a true passion for implementing programs that maximize results to her respective yogi fans to develop a true sense of well being from the flow.

About the lesson

My class session normally is for an hour. I conduct
- weekly group classes twice per week in a scheduled venue at Taman Desa,KL. Priced at RM 35 per session
- private groups at requested venue. I Priced at RM 35 per pax.

- one to one lesson (either at my arranged venue or my Yogi fan's home). Priced at RM 165 per session.
