About Emmy

Trained in Paris and holder of a state diploma as a jazz dance teacher, I have been teaching in a school for 4 years.
I give modern-jazz group lessons in the 92, and also private lessons with competition projects (national, European, and international).
I also prepare for training entries in flexible hours (auditions), with students (high school) who wish to combine studies and training.
Among my students I also have adults who want to learn to dance, in order to be relaxed when they have parties, and know some basics.

About the lesson

- private modern-jazz dance lessons via zoom/WhatsApp from 1h to 1h30 (depending on the needs and requests of each).
Either to learn to dance, or to work on certain specific technical points in addition to regular dance lessons, or even for professional purposes for an audition, an EAT...

- stretching and muscle strengthening lessons, from 45 min to 1 hour (recommended). It is a private course, that is to say that I adapt to the level of each one. This class allows you to relax by lengthening your muscles and strengthening them at the same time. We will also discuss breathing work.

I adapt completely to you, to your request, whatever your level.
The goal? => gain in technique and develop your artistic personality.
Take care of yourself and your body during stretching classes.
Results ? => gain in performance, well-being, and physical fitness.
