About Anthony
I’m Anthony, a Kinesiology graduate with a minor in Public Health and a current Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine student. My background combines strong knowledge in population health, health promotion, and disease prevention with a practical, real-world perspective.
Through my studies, I’ve worked with frameworks like the social ecological model and health promotion strategies, and I understand how to apply them to real situations. I focus on making complex public health concepts simple, clear, and easy to understand so they actually stick and can be used confidently in exams and assignments.
