About Spoorthi

Hello! I’m Spoorthi S, a passionate math teacher who wants to change the way students feel about math. Too often, math is seen as difficult or scary — but I believe it’s simply a matter of how it’s taught. I want to share my knowledge because I know the power of good guidance. My teaching focuses on: Explaining concepts in everyday language. Encouraging questions and curiosity. Helping students gain real confidence, not just memorize formulas. Making learning personal — every student learns differently, and I adapt to that. Seeing my students go from confusion to clarity is the most rewarding part of teaching. If you join my class, you’ll discover that math is not something to fear — it’s something you can master and even enjoy.

About the lesson

Math often feels difficult because it is taught as formulas to memorize instead of ideas to understand. My method is different. I focus on:

Simple explanations – I break down tough concepts into everyday examples students can relate to.

Step-by-step learning – No rushing. I make sure each step is clear before moving forward.

Interactive sessions – Instead of just listening, students solve problems, ask questions, and explore together.

Confidence building – I show students that mistakes are part of learning, so they stop fearing math.

Customized teaching – Every student learns differently. I adjust my method depending on the child’s needs and pace.

With me, math won’t just be about solving sums — it will become a subject that feels logical, enjoyable, and useful.
